The Whole Hound Academy, rebuilt
The Whole Hound Academy in Bath had gone a full month without a new enquiry, and its old Wix site had slipped off the front page of Google. We rebuilt it around the way dog owners choose a trainer, fixed the searches it needed to be found for, and moved bookings onto a flow that holds on to people.

Once you're live
Change your own site by just saying what you want
£10 a month covers hosting and your own small changes, whenever you like. Type or say the change, see a preview, publish it, and undo it if you need to.
New pages, new sections or a redesign are quoted separately. Bring your own domain and we connect it, or we register one for you for £2 a month more. It's yours, and we transfer it whenever you ask.

The small print
Refunds, ownership and leaving
- RefundsFull refund until we send your three brand ideas. After that the work is yours and the fee is not refundable.
- OwnershipCopyright in the site passes to you once the build fee is paid.
- If you stop paying the £10The site comes down after 30 days' notice and you keep everything. We send you the files and transfer any domain we registered.
Who builds it
Websites are built by Our Man in the Fifth Ltd, the company Ben and Claire Hawkes run, which also makes Marker. Ben builds the sites, search and booking flows, including the Whole Hound rebuild. Claire is a working dog trainer, so she knows what a dog owner looks for before they book.
Do I need a business name first?
No. We suggest names and you pick one, or you bring your own.
What if I already have a logo?
Send it to us. We use the logo from your own designer and build the rest of the kit and the site around it.
What does £10 a month cover?
Hosting, and your own small changes whenever you like, with a preview before you publish and an undo after. It starts 30 days after you buy. New pages, new sections or a redesign are quoted separately.
Who owns the site?
You do. Copyright passes to you once the build fee is paid. A domain we register for you is yours too.
How long does it take?
Usually about two weeks. If you need it sooner, tell us when you get in touch.
What happens to Marker after three months?
It carries on at the normal price, from £15 a month, unless you cancel in Settings. Everything you have set up and written is kept.
